Privacy information
UsefulIQ asks for the minimum information needed to answer an enquiry or carry out an agreed workflow review.
Send your name, business, reply address and a short description of the workflow problem. Do not send customer names, customer addresses, photos or job files. Do not send passwords, system credentials or sensitive records.
What information may be used
For a booked review, UsefulIQ may use the business contact details and operational information you provide to assess and deliver the requested work. Use one representative job and redact customer-identifying details wherever possible.
How information is treated
Enquiries are delivered to Damian's Gmail account and are processed and stored using Google's email service. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond, follow up or meet a legal obligation, and can be deleted on request where no obligation requires them to be retained.

- Your information is not sold.
- You are not added to a marketing list without your consent.
- UsefulIQ does not ask for passwords or production-system credentials by email.
Your requests
You can ask what information UsefulIQ holds about you, request access, ask to correct it or ask for deletion. Email damianotoole@gmail.com.
Before a paid engagement
Storage location, retention, secure deletion and any third-party tools will be confirmed before UsefulIQ accepts private client material for a paid engagement. The public wording will be updated when those operating details are settled.
